Bail Valuations

Powerhouse Property Professionals

The Supreme Court of NSW requires written evidence of the value of a property being offered as security to release an individual on bail.  The property many be that of the accused, or could be the property of a family member or friend.  The security offered is called ‘surety’ and will be forfeited if the accused does not turn up to court when required.

A valuation of the property is required to establish the equity that exists in the property after accounting for mortgages and other debts.

Powerhouse Property Professionals understand that in these circumstances, it is necessary to conduct a valuation for bail applications as soon as possible, and are able to produce an independent and accurate report that meets legal requirements in the short timeframe required.  Please phone 1300 097 912 or fill out our quotation request form via the link below.
