SIMON YOUNG

Simon started his career in Property Management at a local real estate in 2004.  Whilst working his way through learning each department, Simon undertook the Bachelor of Business (Property) degree at the University of Western Sydney and graduated in 2009.  He made the transition to valuing in 2010 and became an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and attained Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) status in 2012.  Simon specialises in the residential and commercial valuation fields, undertaking a wide array of valuations ranging from single residential dwellings to multi-tenanted commercial properties and has a strong knowledge of the local market.  Simon is attentive to client needs and is reliable in delivering a high quality service.

RACHAEL VILARINHO

Rachael began her real estate career in 2001, working full time in Sales Administration and Property Management whilst completing her Bachelor of Business (Property Economics) degree with the University of Western Sydney between 2003 and 2006.  Having changed positions to become a Valuation Secretary in 2005, she transitioned immediately into a Valuer role in 2006, becoming an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and a Certified Practicing Valuer in 2008.  She was appointed on the Elite and Prestige Valuation Panels for National Australia Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 2012, and after experience with a number of firms for a range of valuation types, she was appointed as an Assistant Managing Valuer in 2016.  Rachael specialises in residential construction, rural lifestyle and prestige, and acquisition compensation work.  She is well known for her friendly nature, close attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service levels.
